In 2025, Emma and Olivia tie for No. 1 among girls across American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands, each with 6 babies.
Olivia is the list’s biggest riser, climbing four places since 2024 to join Emma at the top. Emma holds steady at No. 1. Right behind them, Amara, Eliana, Iris, Isabella and Sophia share No. 3 with 5 babies each; Eliana slipped one spot from last year.
The mix leans toward short, familiar classics such as Emma, Olivia, Isabella and Sophia, with Iris adding a nature-name touch and Amara and Eliana bringing a softer sound.
