Florida's 2025 girls list is a photo finish: Olivia leads, with just 34 births between her and fourth-place Emma.
Mia and Isabella each gain one spot behind Olivia, while Emma slips two. Eliana's nine-place jump into No. 10 stands out in a top tier that remains heavy on familiar, vowel-rich favorites.
Ailany is the list's head-turner, surging 123 places to No. 23, while Juliette's 39-place climb carries her to No. 96.
At the other end, Athena drops 29 places and Valeria falls 22. The rest of the list mixes short picks like Isla and Lily with vintage-leaning Eloise and Lyla, plus surname-style and unisex choices such as Riley and Avery.
