Charlotte takes the top spot in Pennsylvania for 2025 with 560 baby girls, edging just ahead of Sophia (507) and Olivia (487).
The rest of the top ten leans heavily on names that have been steady favorites for years — Amelia holds at fourth, Emma at fifth, with Isabella, Mia, Evelyn, Ava and Nora all sitting close behind. Mixed in are softer vintage choices like Hazel and Eleanor in the teens, plus a strong showing for shorter picks such as Lucy, Isla and Ivy.
The biggest riser by far is Ailany, which jumped 251 places to land at 77th with 114 babies. Iris climbed 46 spots into the top 50, while Rosalie shot up 67 to reach 95th. Sadie's 27-place gain put her in a tie at 28th, part of a broader surge of surname-style and unisex picks — Riley, Quinn and Sloane all moved up as well.
Not every name gained ground. Mila and Adeline each dropped 33 places, landing at 64th and 97th, and Gianna fell 22 to 55th. Further down, Addison, Emily, Mary and Savannah all slipped into the high 90s or below, a reminder that even familiar favorites shift from year to year.
